The entire front of the belt is one solid piece of .080 gloss white ABS. It is semi flexible and is curved to fit around the torso. This ABS front attaches to the nylon webbing that forms the belt. Also included are two .080 ABS thigh drop boxes and white nylon webbing to make the thigh armor straps. The kit provides two black belt clips (not pictured in photo above) that attach the thigh drop boxes to the belt buckle. These buckles were present in the movie armor and will be included in our kit. The thermal detonator on the rear of the belt is another piece many armorers fail to recreate accurately. This part was meticulously sculpted to provide the most accurate thermal detonator available. It consists of a length of rigid, ribbed tubing, a cover box made from .080 ABS and two end caps. The caps need to be epoxied on.
